You will meet your guide at Parola Wharf in Iloilo in the morning. This is where you will board a boat going to Guimaras Island. The trip will take less than an hour, so make sure to snap some on-the-way photos while you’re at it. Upon arrival on the Jordan Wharf, you will proceed first to the Guimaras Landmark Icon to take creative photos and have a short stroll around the area before your Guimaras beach day tour.
From there, you will visit Raymen Beach Resort in Alubihod Beach. Feel free to take a quick dip and enjoy the relaxing scenery of the area. You will also be given enough time to lounge by the powdery sand and go sunbathing. A sumptuous lunch will be served here as well before you board your boat for the island-hopping trip. There are plenty of islets and beaches to see in the area that will surely take your breath away.
Once you return to the shore, you will make your way to the OLP-Trappist Monastery, where you can avail yourself of the locally produced goods made by the monks as a souvenir of your trip. Capping off your tour is a visit to the San Lorenzo Wind Farm Project, home of numerous scattered windmills. This is known as the first-ever wind farm in the Visayas region. Afterward, you’ll be escorted back to Parola Wharf in Iloilo.
