Description

Hike Mount Daraitan in Tanay, Rizal when you book this day hike. This Mt. Daraitan hike is perfect for those looking for a hassle-free adventure, as it already includes pick-up and drop-off from Metro Manila, registration and environmental fees, the assistance of a tour guide, a climbing certificate, a personalized bag tag souvenir, and the use of a GoPro8 and a drone (both subject to availability).

You will be picked up from your chosen location at midnight. You have four options: McDonald's Eton Centris and McDonald's New Frontier Cubao, both in Quezon City, Greenfield District Mayflower Parking in Mandaluyong, and McDonald's Roxas Boulevard Service Road in Pasay. Please make sure to be at the meet-up spot at least 30 minutes before the set-off time to avoid delays or being left behind. Also, remember to dress appropriately for hiking in Rizal.

When everyone has settled in the vehicle, you will make your way to the jump-off point of Mount Daraitan. Upon arrival, you will register, secure your guide, and have breakfast at your own expense.

At around 4 AM, you will start your trek, and four hours later, you will reach the campsite. After a quick rest, you'll continue trekking to the summit of Mount Daraitan. Feel free to take photos of the breathtaking views of the Daraitan River and the Sierra Madre Mountain Range.

You will then set off and hike toward Heart Peak at around 9:30 AM. Here, you can snap more photos and have lunch at your own expense. After enjoying your meal, you will continue your hike and make your way to Tinapak River, where you can have some snacks and enjoy a refreshing swim.

You'll begin your descent at around 4 PM, and after arriving at the jump-off point, you can wash up before your trip back to Manila. Your estimated time of arrival in the city is around 8 PM. Please note that the schedule is subject to change depending on traffic and weather conditions.
