Description

See some of Roxas City's top attractions when you book this day tour. This Roxas City tour package already includes accommodation pick-up and drop-off within Roxas City proper, a complimentary snack and drink, and all entrance fees, making it ideal for those who want to explore the capital of Capiz hassle-free.

For your convenience, you may have your tour scheduled in the morning (at 8 AM) or in the afternoon (at 1 PM). Your tour will begin when you are picked up from your accommodations in Roxas City. You'll make your way to Panay Church, the first stop on this tour.

Panay Church, also known as Santa Monica Parish, was made with coral blocks and is home to the biggest Catholic church bell in Asia. The bell, which weighs over 10 tonnes, was created using sacks of coins donated by the locals.

Next, you'll head to Kapis atbp. Shellcraft, a family-owned shop that creates capiz products like lamps, chandeliers, and jewelry. Feel free to shop for souvenirs here before heading to The Edge, which is literally the coastal edge of Roxas City. Snap some pictures of the view before heading to the nearby Ruins of Alcatraz. Contrary to its name, it is actually an unfinished structure located near the coast. Despite this, it's still a picturesque spot that is perfect for travel photos.

Your next destination is the Shrine of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. This 40-meter statue is one of the largest life-like statues of Jesus in the country. You'll also visit the Panublion Museum, where you will be introduced to the culture and heritage of Capiz. Afterward, you'll head to the Roxas City Plaza and the Provincial Capitol to learn more about the history of Roxas and Capiz.

Finally, your last two stops are the Roxas Cathedral (also known as the  Immaculate Conception Metropolitan Cathedral), the seat of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Capiz, and Capiz Provincial Park, where you can buy some souvenirs and treats to take back home.

After the tour, you will be dropped off at your accommodations in Roxas City so you can rest or explore the city on your own.
