Please note that this tour is only for those who are physically fit, as it will require you to navigate through steep and narrow cave walls and tunnels. Wear thick but comfortable clothing, as it can be cold inside the caves. Remember to also wear the appropriate footwear, as you will likely step on bat droppings during the activity.
This tour will last around three to five hours and can start anytime between 7 AM and 4 PM. Make sure to be at the lobby or reception desk of your accommodations in Sagada 30 minutes before your tour start, as you will be picked up by your guide at that time.
You will then make your way to the entrance of Lumiang Burial Cave in Sagada. Your guide will give you a safety briefing before you begin spelunking. Make sure to always follow their instructions for everyone’s safety. You will be exploring Lumiang Burial Cave and then making your way to Sumaguing Cave.
The two are some of the most popular caves in Sagada. Lumiang Burial Cave is where you will find dozens of ancient coffins, while Sumaguing Cave is believed to be the biggest cave in Sagada. As you explore these two interconnected caves, you will see spectacular cave formations, natural pools, stalactites, stalagmites, and flowstones. After your tour, you will exit through Sumaguing Cave, and your guide will bring you back to your accommodations in Sagada.

Tour Information: This private tour is available daily.
Meet-up Information: Guide to the Philippines will send tour reminders at least (1) day before the tour date through your registered email address or mobile number. Please keep all communication lines open. Make sure to have the electronic copy of your confirmed tour voucher ready.
On the day of the tour, your assigned Tour Guide will meet you at the lobby of your hotel at least fifteen (15) minutes prior to start of the tour. Strictly no latecomers or tour reservation might be forfeited.

In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund. Schedule cancellation requests must be made 48 hours before your original subject to approval.
