Sambawan Island, located in Biliran Province, is an island paradise known for its crystal-clear waters, vibrant coral reefs, and breathtaking landscapes. This island offers white sandy beaches perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and diving.
At 5 AM, you will be picked up at your hotel in Tacloban, and then you will travel to Kawayan, Biliran. Once you arrive in Kawayan, you will register and then board a boat to Sambawan Island. Upon arrival on the island, you will have free time to explore the island on your own, take photos, and have a refreshing swim. Your lunch will be served at around 12 PM.
After your lunch, you will have more free time to do whatever you want to do on the island. You can swim in its clear waters, explore the island, or snorkel. Sambawan Island is known for its vibrant marine life, where you can find colorful coral reefs, so snorkeling and diving are popular activities to do on the island. If you plan to do this, make sure to bring your own snorkeling gear.
For more adventurous activities, you can also hike the island’s hills to see the breathtaking views of the surrounding sea and nearby islands. Alternatively, you can simply relax on the beach and enjoy a meal in one of their cozy picnic cottages, which are included in the package.
Before 3 PM, freshen up and prepare to leave the island. You will board a boat back to the mainland, and a service will take you back to your Tacloban hotel.

Tour Information: This private tour is available daily.
Meet-up Information: Guide to the Philippines will send tour reminders at least (1) day before the tour date through your registered email address or mobile number. Please keep all communication lines open. Make sure to have the electronic copy of your confirmed tour voucher ready.
On the day of the tour, your assigned Tour Guide will meet you at your accommodation within Tacloban City at least fifteen (15) minutes prior to start of the tour. Strictly no latecomers or tour reservation might be forfeited.
Tour Proper: Please be reminded to dress appropriately. All guests are expected to do their share in ensuring their safety and security as well as that of their personal belongings. Guide to the Philippines and Tour Operators are not liable for the loss or damage to any personal belongings left unattended during the tour.

Cancellation Policy: The operator may cancel the activity in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions. In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund. Schedule cancellation requests must be made 48 hours before your original subject to approval. No shows are not entitled to reschedule and refund.
