Make the most of your time at The Farm at San Benito in Lipa, Batangas by arriving at the check-in time of 8 AM. Upon arrival, you can proceed to the lobby to register and enjoy your welcome drink.
This package comes with a 30-minute treatment, and you can choose from three: Relaxology, a Health Consult, or a Live Blood Analysis. Relaxology is a special relaxing massage created by The Farm, which mixes reflexology and acupressure massage. It can help relieve tension, improve blood circulation, and maintain the balance of your whole body.
If you choose to have the Health Consult, one of the physicians at The Farm will discuss your health concerns and goals with you. Feel free to share any concerns about your wellness, whether it relates to your physical, mental, or spiritual health, so the physician can give you some advice on what to do.
Lastly, a Live Blood Analysis will allow you to have a better understanding of your blood and blood components. With just a tiny amount of blood and a special microscope, you’ll have an image of how your blood cells look and behave, which could help you better understand your health so you can adjust your lifestyle to help improve it.
Come lunchtime, you have the option to have a delicious two-course pescetarian meal at PESCE or a yummy and nutritious five-course vegan meal at Alive! You are also free to take part in The Farm’s daily movement and fitness activities, including restorative yoga, guided meditation, and functional fitness classes, as well as guided walks throughout the property that will help you feel more connected to your surroundings. Take note that participation in these activities must be pre-booked.
