Description

Enjoy a day of island-hopping in Zamboanga when you book this Once Islas Zamboanga private day tour. This tour will take you to Bisaya-Bisaya Island, Baung-Baung Island, and Sirommon Island, so it is perfect for those who want to experience the tropical wonders of Zamboanga. It already comes with all entrance and environmental fees, snacks, lunch, the assistance of a tour guide, and pick-up and drop-off from and to your hotel in Zamboanga City.

Wake up early as you need to be picked up from your hotel before 8 AM. After you are picked up, you will head to the port, where you will board a boat that will ferry you around the different islands of Once Islas in Zamboanga. 11 islands in Zamboanga City make up Once Islas (which literally means eleven islands), but only three islands are open to tourists at the moment.

Your first stop is Bisaya-Bisaya Island, which boasts a stunning white sand beach, small lagoons, and unique rock formations. Here you can enjoy swimming, kayaking, or just relaxing at the beach while drinking fresh coconut juice.

Next, you’ll head to Baung-Baung Island, which is a good spot for snorkeling. If you have the energy for it, you can trek to a hill on the island, which will give you breathtaking panoramic views of the island and its surrounding areas, including Bisaya-Bisaya Island from a distance.

Finally, you’ll head to Sirromon Island, where colorful vinta sails will welcome you as you arrive on its white sand beach. The island is also an ideal lunch spot, as it has cottages and shaded areas where you can enjoy your meal. After having your meal, you can head to the island’s sandbar, where you can usually find plenty of starfish. Just remember not to disturb them! Should you wish to take a picture of these creatures, do so while they’re in the water and refrain from picking them up.

Take note that all boats must be back by 2 PM to avoid the stronger currents of the afternoon. Once you are back on the mainland, your guide will bring you back to your hotel in Zamboanga City so you can rest.

Explore the islands of Zamboanga when you book this private island-hopping tour. Check the availability by choosing a date.
