Bulabog Beach

Bulabog Beach is a 2.5km beach that is well-known as a great spot for different kinds of water sports. This stunning beach is situated in the less commercialized side of Boracay, giving travelers a new perspective of the famous island. 

As hotspot for water sports, various stores and training centers line the beach to offer both equipment and lessons for tourists. The coaches here can help you learn how to go surfing, kitesurfing, and parasailing, among others. 

For those looking to take their time out on the water, you can go stand-up paddleboarding instead. Meanwhile, jet skis are available for travelers seeking a little more thrill and speed. 

Similar to other shorelines on the island, Bulabog Beach is also a good spot to simply relax. Unwind on the sand while watching other visitors enjoy watersports or while taking in the view of the pink and orange skies during sunset. 

How to get there

Bulabog Beach is located in the neighborhood of Balabag in Malay, Aklan. It is about 4.7 KM from the Boracay Jetty Port. From there, you can take a car or ride a tricycle straight to the beach. You can also book a guided tour that includes a visit to this attraction.

Best time to visit

Bulabog Beach can be visited all year round. The best time to visit this attraction is from November to April, which brings northeasterly winds that make it a perfect time to go wind surfing. These months also generally have cooler weather and lower chances of rain to make sure you have fun under the sun. 

However, it may be crowded from December and throughout the summer season since travelers tend to visit during the holidays.
