The prices are set and so there are no worries about whether a local taxi driver might take advantage of you. The driver contact info are provided a few days before the arrival date so either the driver or passenger can make the initial contact to set a meeting point at NAIA. It is extremely useful to have WhatsApp set up on your mobile phone. We booked them twice for two different travel dates and had no issues with them. Will do this again the next time we visit Manila again.
