Alona Kew White Beach Resort

Alona Kew White Beach Resort is a 2-story hotel along Alona Beach in Panglao Island, Bohol. The resort offers a variety of accommodations, from standard rooms with fans to air-conditioned Suites and Bungalows.

Alona Beach is one of the top tourist destinations in Bohol because of its powdery white sand beach that stretches for 1.5 kilometers that ends in rocky cliffs on both sides. It is located in the south of Panglao Island, 20 kilometers away from Tagbilaran City, and 2 kilometers away from the new Panglao-Bohol international airport. It is the most developed beach in the province of Bohol.

Panglao Island is divided into two towns: Dauis and Panglao. The beach is situated on Panglao Island, just before the Panglao Town. It is the biggest island in the province and is connected to mainland Bohol by 2 bridges.

The main source of livelihood among the locals is tourism. There are a number of restaurants, bars, and resorts along the beach, and one which is the Alona Kew White Beach Resort. 

The resort offers affordable seaside accommodations equipped with clean bath towels, soap, and shampoo. Each room also has its own private toilet and bath with a hot and cold shower. 

They offer a variety of accommodations that fit every type of budget: from Standard fan rooms to Executive Suite rooms. All rates include free breakfast. The resort has its own restaurant, dive shop, massage parlor, a wide rectangular swimming pool with a nearby Bar that offers drinks and snacks. 

Alona Beach has a rich Marine Biodiversity that attracts tourists and professional divers. It is a reputed destination for snorkeling and scuba diving. Along the beach are many dive shops that rent diving equipment and offers diving lessons. 

Island hopping and dolphin watching are among the well-known activities that most tourists opt to do in Alona Beach. Nearby islands are Balicasag and Virgin Island, famous for breeding sea turtles and an a golden-white sandbar, respectively.
