Information about Dagui Family Farm
The Dagui Family Farm is a family-owned farm and agri-tourism site located in barangay San Antonio in Zambales, north of Metro Manila. At the farm, you can find a wide variety of animals that are well cared for, such as European honey bees, Boer goats, native Philippine goats, sheep, African night crawlers, pot belly pigs, and even an English bulldog.
During a tour here, the farmers and staff will teach you about the animals through fun facts or hands-on experiences, such as taking a photo with bees and their beehives under the supervision of the beekeepers. Along with snapping a photo, you can taste the insects' popular product: organic honey. Guests can also feed the local goats with fresh vegetables. For the younger goats, you can give them milk placed in baby bottles to help nurse and feed them.
Along with touring the property and learning about the different animals, visitors can enjoy a hearty homecooked meal here as well. The dishes are made using farm-to-table ingredients, so each meal is made with fresh vegetables rich in nutrients.
Best time to visit
It's recommended to visit the farm in April or May, when most farmers in the country begin harvesting their crops.
