SM Mall of Asia
SM Mall of Asia, also known for its abbreviation SM MoA is one of the largest shopping malls in the metro located at the Bay City in Pasay. Owned and emerged by SM Primeholdings, SM Mall of Asia is dubbed as the 4th largest shopping mall in the country and placed on the 14th spot as part of the largest across the globe. It used to be the biggest mall in the Philippines when it opened in 2006, until SM North Edsa in Quezon City was expanded in 2008. From 2011 to 2015, due to SM Megamall's redevelopment, it replaced SM North EDSA as 1st. In 2017, when SM Seaside in Cebu opened, it was declared as the biggest mall in the country.
Mall of Asia is made up of four buildings that are interconnected by walkways to provide its customers convenience when transferring from one location to another. The walkways connect the main mall, the entertainment mall, along with the North and South Parking
One thing customers love about SM is its spacious parking lot. As it is consists of six storey-parking buildings that are meant to cater 5000 car spaces. Also, one iconic symbol of the mall is a giant globe that is made up of steel frames and LED lights, which brightens up at night.
SM Mall of Asia carries with it a large number of stores and boutiques, plenty enough to cater hundreds of customers coming to visit the mall. One of the MOA's main highlights is the country's first ever IMAX Theatre, and the Director's Club Theatre for a more intimate and comfortable watching. The mall also showcases the Philippines's first Olympic sized ice-skating rink, which is meant for competitions and recreational use, which is dubbed as the largest of its kind in Southeast Asia.
Aside from shopping, there are a lot of activities in and out of the mall, which includes the SM By The Bay Amusement Park, The SM Mall of Asia Arena, and the Exploreum
How to get there
Take the LRT-2 to the Recto station. Next, take the connecting bridge to get to the LRT-1-Doroteo Jose station, then get on the train. Take the LRT-1 to Gil Puyat station, and then get off at Gil Puyat. Turn to the right and walk to Pasay City High School. Outside Pasay City Academy, take the bus to SM Mall of Asia.

The mall is open daily from 10 AM to 10 PM.
