Starfish Island

Aerial view of Starfish Island in Puerto Princesa Palawan

Starfish Island is one of the islands in Honda Bay, Puerto Princesa, Palawan. The name of the island is attributed to the island's surplus of starfish.

The shallow waters around this small island are strewn with starfishes. Some starfish seemed to like hanging out in the sea, while others seemed to like hanging out on the sand.

Snorkelers will love this island as there are no jellyfish and the fish that are swimming around which makes the activity seem much more relaxed.

The island is often known as a stopover for lunch too. So, when you're diving and snorkeling at the beach to see the fishes, your guide will prepare your lunch.
