Siargao Island Top Inland & Beach Attractions Day Tour with Transfers
Description
Summary
Description
See the top land attractions in Siargao with this road trip around the island. This adventure is perfect for travelers who want to spend a whole day exploring the island's inland spots and best beaches. Hotel pick-up and drop-off, land transfers, and service of a guide are all included in this package.
To kick off your tour, your guide will fetch you from your accommodation on the island and take you to the eastern shores. You will then arrive at the Magpupungko Rock Pool, a natural pool filled with emerald waters that are great for swimming. You may also have an early lunch at any restaurants nearby (at your own expense) before heading to your next stop, Cloud 9.
This surfing spot has gained popularity worldwide for the almost consistent waves it offers surfers. Travelers can also go snorkeling in the area or stroll along the long boardwalk. After riding the waves, you will head to Coconut Mountain View to get a panoramic view of the lush palm tree forest on the island before driving a closer look at them from Coconut Road.
From there, you will make your way to the Maasin River. Here, you can take a picture on the popular bent coconut tree swing before going on a cruise. You will next head to the Paghungawan Marsh, where you can see the endangered Philippine crocodiles living peacefully in their natural habitat.
After your time with the reptiles, you will go to Pacifico Beach. This stunning beach is framed by lush palm trees and offers a less crowded surfing spot from the more famous Cloud 9. To fully take in the beauty of the island's greenery, you will next visit the Pacifico Coconut View. This area is surrounded by forests of coconut trees that are great for that picture-perfect shot!
Next on the list is a stop at Alegria Beach, one of Siargao's more secluded hideaways. Located in the northern area of the island, this shore boasts powdery white sand and clear waters. For a change of scenery, you will then head to Taktak Falls. This cascade is hidden among tall trees that provide shade for it and the fresh-water pool that it falls into. Travelers can also go cliff-jumping here if you want a little adrenaline rush.
Following your time at the falls, you will hop back in the van and drive to the 1 Million Dollar View spot. This viewing area sits along a cliffside road in the "Little Hawaii of Siargao" and provides a stunning view of the waves lapping on a white-sand shoreline. Another gem on the island is the Danjug Cave, which is your next stop. While it is often overlooked in favor of the island's more water-based attractions, this cavern offers a refreshing way to immerse in nature.
From there, you will head up to the Mangroves Mountain View. True to its name, this area provides tourists with a panoramic view of the Philippines' largest contiguous mangrove stand in Del Carmen town. Finally, you will end your day with a trip to General Luna Boulevard, where you can watch the sunset while snacking on the tasty treats from the various food joints found here.
Discover the top spots and hidden gems of this surfing paradise with this full-day tour that will take you across the island. Check the availability by choosing a date.
