Description

Enjoy a private tour of Bohol’s famed Panglao Island when you book this activity. This Panglao Island tour is perfect for first-timers on the island and those who want to revisit some of its top tourist attractions. It comes with transfers from and to Tagbilaran City, lunch, all entrance fees, and the assistance of a tour guide. During this Bohol private tour, you’ll visit a white sand beach, a cave, and historical and cultural sites that are popular in Bohol.

On the day of your tour, you will be picked up from your hotel or resort in Tagbilaran City, Bohol at 8 AM. The departure time may be customized, but this must be coordinated in advance and is subject to approval. After you are picked up, you will head to your first stop, Dauis Church.

Dauis Chuch, a declared National Historical Landmark that features Neo-Gothic and Neo-Classical architecture, is located at the eastern tip of Panglao Island. Also known as the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption, the church is home to a well, which some call the miracle well. The water from the well is believed to help cure various illnesses.

From there, you’ll head to Hinagdanan Cave, famous for its pretty stalactites, stalagmites, and a natural pool in its cavern. The sight is picturesque, but swimming in the pool is not advisable. Next, you’ll head to the Panglao Church, also known by its formal name, Saint Augustine Parish. It sits at the western end of the island and is known for its five-story watchtower, which is said to be the tallest in the Philippines.

Your next stop is the Nova Shell Museum, which is home to one of the largest collections of seashells in the world. After you’ve checked out the seashells, you’ll have the chance to see some in the ocean as you visit Panglao White Sand Beach. Here you can swim and enjoy the waters or just lounge on the powdery white sand.

Your last stop is Bohol Bee Farm, a farm that has expanded to have its own restaurant and accommodations. After your visit, your guide will accompany you back to your hotel or resort in Tagbilaran City.

Explore natural, historical, and cultural attractions with this Panglao Island private day tour. Check the availability by choosing a date.
