Information about Kaputian Beach Park
Kaputian Beach Park
Located on the island of Samal, Kaputian Beach Park is one of the popular tourist spots in Davao, thanks to its powdery sand and clear waters. The beach park is operated by the local government and is open for day visits and overnight stays.
Accommodations on the beach include open-air nipa huts and air-conditioned cottages. You may also rent tents and camp here. Visitors can enjoy swimming, sunbathing, or just relaxing and taking in the tropical ambiance. Tourists can also snap photos with the I Love Samal letters. There are also restaurants in Kaputian Beach Park where you can enjoy meals, snacks, and drinks.
Before leaving, visitors can stop by the souvenir shop to purchase locally-made trinkets, shirts, bags, and food items.
Tickets and entry
Tourists visiting for just the day need to pay an entrance fee of PhP50 and an environmental fee of PhP50. Those who are staying overnight need to pay a PhP200 entrance fee. Please also note that there is a corkage fee for alcoholic beverages and soft drinks.
