San Vicente Ferrer Church
A Roman Catholic church called San Vicente Ferrer Church, sometimes called Sabtang Church, is situated close to Sabtang Port in Sabtang, Batanes, Philippines. When the Dominicans initially established the Sabtang mission in 1785 as a tiny chapel, Saint Vincent Ferrer, the patron saint of the parish and the city, is depicted in stone on a pedestal a short distance to the right of the church's façade.
The National Historical Commission of the Philippines designated the church, convent, and beaterio complex as a National Historical Landmark in 2008.
How to get there
From Basco Airport, ride a boat going to Sabtang Island. Once there, ride a cogon tricycle or habal-habal and tell the driver to drop you off at San Vicente Ferrer Church.
