Description

See some of the top tourist sites in Bohol's countryside and Panglao with this private day tour that will take you around the island with a shared lunch cruise at Loboc River. This is perfect for those who want a hassle-free tour, as it already comes with the assistance of a guide, entrance fees, bottled water, and transfers from and to your accommodations in Panglao or Tagbilaran. Your driver-guide will take you to a tarsier sanctuary, a man-made forest, the Chocolate hills, and other attractions in Bohol.

Your guide will pick you up from your hotel or resort at 9 AM.  Your first stop on this Bohol countryside tour will be the Philippine Tarsier Sanctuary in Corella. The sanctuary aims to protect one of the smallest primates in the world by ensuring their health and safety. You can help the organization with its goal by not disturbing the tarsiers during your visit.

You’ll next head to the Bilar Man-Made Forest. The forest is home to beautiful mahogany trees and is part of a restoration project started more than 50 years ago. Take your photos with the beautiful trees before going on a Loboc River Cruise.

Lunch will be served while you are onboard a shared raft that will cruise slowly down Loboc River. Enjoy the natural surroundings as you feast on a meal of local dishes. After lunch, you’ll make your way to a viewing deck of the Chocolate Hills. From there, you’ll see over 1,000 hills, that depending on the season, will either be a chocolatey brown or covered by green grass.

Afterward, you’ll head to Baclayon Church, a declared National Cultural Treasure and a National Historical Landmark, before making your way to Hinagdanan Cave. This popular cave in Dauis is home to stalactites, stalagmites, and a natural pool.

While in Dauis, you’ll also visit the Bohol Bee Farm and then head to Panglao to visit the Nova Shell Museum and the Moadto Strip Mall for some shopping. At the end of your Panglao Island tour, your guide will bring you back to your hotel or resort.

Make the most of your Bohol trip by booking this day tour that will bring you to the top tourist spots of Bohol’s countryside and Panglao Island. Check the availability by choosing a date.
