Afterward, you will put on your scuba suit and the rest of the equipment and head to the shop's pool to practice the basics. 

In the pool, you will practice how to move underwater and communicate with your instructor while diving. When you're comfortable with your ability to move with your gear underwater, it's time to hop on a boat and cruise to the dive site. Dive site is determined on the day of diving depending on the weather and availability. Some of the dive sites to explore are Dimanglat Reef or Siete Pecados, which is also known as 7 Islands. 

Siete Pecados is a marine park that comprises 7 islands hence its name. It is best known for featuring corals that are home to colorful species of marine animals such as angelfish, sea turtles, and squid. It is also the closest dive site to the town proper of Coron. Meanwhile, Dimanglet Reef is located off the shores of Dimanglet Island, which sits west of CYC Beach. Similar to Siete Pecados, you will find several corals here that all house different kinds of fish and other sea animals.
