Just as its name suggests, Hills View Mountain Villa is a structure located atop a hill that features breathtaking mountain views. If you’re lucky and if your timing is right, visiting this tourist attraction in Davao City will allow you to see a majestic sea of clouds. But even without the clouds, the villa still boasts stunning overlooking views.

Apart from the lush landscape and picturesque scenery here, visitors will also appreciate the other activities Hills View Mountain Villa offers, making it one of the must-visit tourist attractions in Davao. There’s a playground for children, a karaoke machine, and a bonfire area. You can even pick your own strawberries here!

Guests who want to extend their stay can book accommodations at one of their rooms or rent a camping space where they can pitch their own tents. This is recommended for those who want a bigger chance of seeing the sea of clouds, as they usually appear around 5 AM to 7 AM.

Tickets and entry 

For a day trip, you only need to pay PhP80. If you wish to stay overnight, the fee is PhP200. You may rent a camping space for PhP350, or stay in one of their rooms. Depending on the number of people in your group, the room rates range from PhP2,500 to PhP12,000.

Best time to visit

Because Hills View Mountain Villa’s attractions are mostly outdoors, it is best to visit it during the dry season, which usually falls from January to April. If you want a better chance of seeing the sea of clouds, visit early in the morning, from 5 AM to 7 AM. You may still see them at 8 AM, but the chances become lower later in the morning.
