Relax and unwind at one of the most peaceful places in the Philippines, Tagaytay. This package best appeals to those wanting a break from the busyness of the city and wants to go sightseeing.
Your driver will pick you up at the Starbucks at One E-Com SM Mall of Asia Complex Harbor Drive. From there, you will head south to Tagaytay, where the Palace in the Sky, also known as People's Park, is located. The park has been transformed into an incomplete mansion called Sky Palace, built in the Marcos era.
Close to the park is the Picnic Grove, where you can enjoy the beauty of Tagaytay City from above. See the panoramic view of Taal Lake and the volcano and walk around with the grove’s towering green trees and herbs. Make sure to take tons of photos for souvenirs, as well.
After strolling around Picnic Grove, you will then make your way to the Pink Sister's Church, which was founded by German priest Blessed Arnold Janssen. He established the Pink Sisters to support the first two missionary foundations he had founded. You will then stop by McDonald’s Tagaytay before heading to the Ginger Bread House, Sonya's Secret Garden, and Twin Lakes.
You will also pay a visit to the Caleruega Church. It is known as Tagaytay's most popular marriage chapel. Offer a little prayer inside the church and take some photos of the structure before you head to Fantasy World's Lemery Castle.
Fantasy World was supposed to be the country’s version of Disneyland but because of the owner’s financial problems, the construction of the park was stopped. Nonetheless, the abandoned castle in the park remains magical for most visitors, so don’t miss the chance for a photoshoot in front of the castle. You can then buy some goods and handicrafts at Rowena’s Pasalubong (Souvenir) Center.
