Lola's Garden

This is a component of Eden Nature Park. Lola's Garden is thriving with grandma's favourite plants and vegetables. Bahay ni Lola, which can be interpreted freely into English as "Grandma's House" or "Grandma's Property") displays indigenous architecture, a wide range of flowering plants, and cool vegetation paths that cover lovely landscapes.

About the Garden

The Philippines ' floriculture business is a prominent exporter of plants for domestic business, to Japan, Korea, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Germany and Brunei. Sampaguita (Jasminum Sambac) acts as the national flora of this floral nation, while the Philippines ' National Leaf is Anahaw.

About the Park

The Eden Nature Park is a nature park situated at 3,000 metres above ocean point, 95% human-made! It is a excellent example of how people can restore nature and restore a missed atmosphere. Found in 1971, the park was used to be a logged region that was only surrounded by a blanket of wild grass. However, its capacity was quickly seen by the holders as an impressive perspective of Davao City and the gulf of Davao.

Not soon after that, mountainside cliffs were sculpted and thousands of pine trees were seeded. As the pine trees rose, it developed canopies that enable other crops and forests to develop and create a secondary forest. Today there are more than 100,000 pine trees scattered over about 80 hectares, giving the multiple sights of Eden Nature park a pleasant background.
