Guests in The Farm may indulge in pampering and luxurious spa treatments at the Healing Sanctuary. There are several signature treatments that are offered here, including body polishes, wraps, and massages, but one of the most popular treatments is the Hilot Haplos, a two-hour traditional Filipino treatment.
First, you’ll indulge in a body scrub made freshly made from coconut cream and powdered cocoa and then you’ll enjoy a luxurious and warm coconut milk bath. Finally, you’ll recharge with a traditional Filipino hilot massage.
You may also try other treatments that are best paired with some of the treatments from the Holistic Sanctuary. The Yin Yang Body Polish is a purification treatment that is best paired with either a Colon Hydrotherapy or an Ozone Therapy, while the detoxifying treatment Skin Kayud & Kalawag Body Detox with Curcumin can be complemented with either a Colon Hydrotherapy, Liver Cleansing, or Liver Compress.
As with the medical programs, there are also spa treatments that you can let your children experience, including Hilot Musmos, a Lullaby Massage, and a Choco Milk Body Scrub.

These programs use water and special facilities including an Onsen bath, infrared sauna, pressurized Jacuzzi, floatation pool, pressure pool, and Vichy shower to help your body relax and recover.
One of the signature treatments you can try here is the two-hour Acqua Relaxation Therapy, a treatment created to help calm your body and mind and boost your metabolism by increasing the blood flow to the muscles.
The treatment starts with an Onsen bath, which is then immediately followed by a pressurized Jacuzzi. You’ll then enjoy flotation therapy, a sensory deprivation experience that can help lessen your stress and anxiety. Finally, you’ll experience a 90-minute relaxation massage that uses long strokes to help bring you to a more relaxed state.
