13-Day Palawan Best Beaches and Islands Itinerary Philippines Tour Package from Manila
Embark on a 13-day tropical holiday with this Philippine vacation package. This tour of the Philippines will bring you to Manila and the stunning islands and beaches of Puerto Princesa, San Vicente, El Nido, and Coron in Palawan and comes with land and boat transfers, domestic flights, 12 nights of accommodation, environmental fees, port fees, and island-hopping tours.
Your vacation will begin when you are picked up from the Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport. From there, your driver will bring you to your hotel in Manila so you can check in and rest. If you still have the energy for it, you may also explore the nearby attractions or try the local food at the restaurants in the area. The next day, you are free to explore the city on your own, but you have the option to visit the historic walled city of Intramuros and other tourist attractions via an Old and New Manila tour.
On day 3 of this multi-day tour, you will check out of your hotel in Manila and board a flight to Puerto Princesa in Palawan. You’ll have a day’s rest which you can spend in your hotel in Puerto Princesa before going on a tour of the majestic Puerto Princesa Underground River on day 4. The next day, you’ll travel by land to San Vicente, Palawan, and check in to your hotel there.
On day 6, you can explore San Vicente on your own. Explore the stunning Long Beach and swim in the clear waters of the sea. The next day, you’ll head to El Nido via land transfers. After arriving in El Nido, you can check in and rest at your hotel. For the next two days, you’ll enjoy two island-hopping tours, Big Lagoon Island Hopping Shared Tour A and Hidden Beach Island Hopping Shared Tour C. Both tours will bring you to some of the top destinations in El Nido where you can swim, snorkel, or kayak. Both tours also come with lunch.
After enjoying El Nido, you’ll catch a flight to Coron on day 10 of this Philippines tour package. Check in to your hotel there and explore the nearby attractions at your own pace. Day 1 - Day 1: Arrival (Manila) + Check-in
For the first day of this Philippines travel package, you will be picked up from the airport and taken to your hotel in Manila. After you check in to your room, you are free to relax in the hotel and enjoy the facilities and amenities there. If you still have the time and energy, you may try local delicacies in nearby restaurants or explore the neighborhood attractions at your own pace.
Day 2 - Day 2: Free and Easy + Optional Old & New Manila Tour
Enjoy your first full day in Manila and explore the nearby tourist attractions or try delicacies at the local restaurants. You may also go on an optional tour of Manila. This tour will take you to the historical spots of Manila, including the walled city of Intramuros, as well as newer attractions in the city. Should you go on this tour, you will learn about the history of the capital during the Spanish colonial era and the succeeding periods.
Day 3 - Day 3: Flight from Manila to Puerto Princesa
Check out of your hotel in Manila and wait for your driver to pick you up and bring you to the Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport. Here, you’ll board your flight to Puerto Princesa, Palawan. After arriving at the airport, you will be picked up and brought to your hotel so you can check in. After checking in to your room, you can explore Puerto Princesa's tourist attractions on your own, including Baker's Hill, where you can purchase baked delicacies. You can also check out her beaches here, including Nagtaban Beach, Sabang Beach, and Talaudyong Beach.
Day 4 - Day 4: Puerto Princesa Underground River Tour
A driver and tour guide will pick you up from your hotel and bring you to Sabtang Port. From there, you will board a boat that will take you to the entrance of the Puerto Princesa Underground River. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is over 8.2 kilometers long, but only 4.3 kilometers may be explored by tourists. The Underground River is home to stunning stalactites, stalagmites, and pristine waters.
As you explore the river, your guide will show you the majestic rock formations using a flashlight, so keep an eye out for these. You might also encounter bats, swallows, and other wildlife during your tour.
Day 5 - Day 5: Land travel from Puerto Princesa to San Vicente + Check-in
Check out of your hotel in Puerto Princesa. Your driver will pick you up, and you’ll start your journey to your next destination, San Vicente. After you arrive at your hotel there, feel free to rest once you have checked in.
You can also rent a self-drive motorcycle so you can explore San Vicente at your own pace. You may explore inland attractions including Bigaho and Pamuayan Falls before calling it a night at resting in your hotel.
Day 6 - Day 6: Free and Easy
You are free to explore San Vicente at your own pace. You can explore Long Beach, the longest white sand beach in the Philippines, go island-hopping to Starfish Island and Maxima Island, or just swim in the sea where you might chance upon sea turtles.
If you want to take breathtaking travel photos, head to Bato ni Ningning, a big rock that gives you a stunning view of Long Beach. You may also try kayaking or enjoying a cruise along Inandeng River, which is home to majestic mangroves.
Day 7 - Day 7: Land travel from San Vicente to El Nido + Check-in
Check out of your San Vicente hotel and meet up with your driver. You will then go on a land trip to El Nido for the next leg of this Philippines itinerary. The trip will take over two hours, so use this time to rest or sleep in the car.
After arriving at your hotel, check in and rest in your room. You may also explore and visit El Nido's attractions like Nacpan Beach and Nagkalit-kalit Falls, both of which are accessible via tricycle. You may also opt to rent a motorcycle in El Nido so you can get around easier.

After settling in your room, feel free to explore Coron on your own. You may visit Mount Tapyas, the second tallest mountain in Coron, or take a dip at the Maquinit Hot Springs. If you are too tired from the trip, you may also just stay in the hotel and take advantage of its facilities and amenities.
