Be charmed by the city of Ormoc as you make your way around its iconic landmarks in just one day with this private day tour. If you love discovering the history and culture of a destination, this tour has got you covered.

Upon pickup from your hotel in Ormoc City, you will be taken to the first destination of your itinerary, Puenta de la Reina. This old and small Spanish bridge serves as the only evidence left of the Spanish era in the city. Its construction was completed back in 1861, making it one of the earliest bridges in the area, as well. After taking photos in the bridge, you will head to the Old City Hall and Ormoc Superdome, where most basketball games and conferences are held.

Just across the Superdome is the WW II Veteran’s Park and Centennial Marker. This is where you can spot locals having picnics and leisure strolls. You will then walk from the park to the Ormoc Bayfront Walking Plaza to enjoy the seascape. Other places of interest you will stopover at includes the Philippine-Japan Friendship Marker, the St. Peter and Paul Church, and the Flash Flood Memorial.

After exploring these areas, you will head to the Carmelite Spirituality Center. This Marian pilgrimage site is famous among people looking for peace and spiritual pursuits. Once you finish exploring the area, you will be taken to Lake Danao. Along the way, you will pass by JICA Flood Mitigation Project and River Wall.
