Baguio is open to fully vaccinated adults coming from areas under GCQ, MGCQ, and Alert Levels 1, 2, and 3 status. An adult is considered fully vaccinated from COVID-19 if they got their last dose of the vaccine at least 2 weeks before their trip. Leisure travelers from areas with ECQ, MECQ, and Alert Levels 4 and 5 status are not allowed. Tourists must present a vaccination card or certificate that shows their fully vaccinated status. Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated minors aged 12 to 17 can enter the city provided they present a negative RT-PCR test result or a negative antigen test result taken within 72 hours before arrival. Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated minors aged 11 and below may be tested upon the discretion of their accompanying adults. Travelers also need to register with
visita.baguio.gov.ph at least a day prior to their trip. You’ll need to submit a valid ID and a confirmed booking with any of the accredited
hotels in Baguio. Once your accommodation booking has been verified, you will be issued a QR-coded Tourist Pass or QTP, which you need to present at the border to enter the city. You must also pass the health screening at the triage upon arrival.
