Manjuyod Sandbar, Dolphin Watching, & Souvenir Shopping Tour | With Transfers from Bacolod

An marvellous day out on the open seas awaits you in this Manjuyod Sand Bar Tour! Throw in some jumping dolphins to accompany you along the way and this is surely a Bacolod side tour you would not want to miss! The call time might be a bit too early as you’ll be picked up from your hotel in Bacolod and make your way to Bais City, around 4 hours drive away. But if the chance to see dolphins in the wild and spend a day frolicking in a gorgeous sand bar will not get you up, we do not know what will! At the wharf in Bais, you will then take a 15-minute boat ride to Manjuyod Sand Bar, a 7-kilometer pristine white sand bar that rises in azure waters. Depending on the tide, you can enjoy a full sand bar or waist-level waters, but either way, it is a guaranteed grand time! There are few native cottages built on stilts that are for rent, but as they are limited, lunch might mean a hearty meal on board your boat. Tour arrangements need to go through the tourism office, so tourist capacity is regulated — a far cry from other overly populated destinations in the Philippines. Get a part of the entire sandbar all to yourself and swim or snorkel in its cerulean waters. Perhaps the most exciting part of the tour is dolphin-watching along the abundant waters of Tañon Strait, a body of water separating the islands of Negros and Cebu. Your boat will cruise along its waters and soon enough, a group of spotted dolphins, bottlenose dolphins, and even long-snouted spinner dolphins will come playing around by your side.  From an equally exciting and relaxing day at Manjuyod, you’ll make your way back to Bacolod and stop over at its Pasalubong Centers. Bacolod is the sugarlandia of the country so you definitely have to get some of its famous sweet treats like Napoleones and Piaya, and other souvenirs.  Be mesmerized by the beauty of Manjuyod with this shared tour! Camiguin Island Full-Day Tour | With Land & Sea Transfers

Get introduced to Camiguin Island’s tiny paradise and major landmarks as you go sightseeing around the area aboard a multi-cab. Deemed as the country’s Lanzones Capital, Camiguin is set to become your next favorite destination, especially if you’re a history buff and a nature lover.  From Cagayan de Oro, you will board a ferry in Balingoan Port that will take you straight to the Benoni Port on Camiguin Island. Once you arrive at the port, you will immediately start your escapade by visiting the Walkway to Old Volcano. This beginner-climber friendly trek covers an eight-km path that will lead you to the peak of Mt. Vulcan Daan. At the 14th station (also called the peak of the old volcano), you will be rewarded with a panoramic view of the seascape and the various flora dotting the island.  From there, you will make your way to the Sunken Cemetery. The sunken cemetery got its name after the eruption of Mt. Vulcan in 1980. Most of its remains were buried underwater and a cross looms above the sea as a reminder. You can dive to see the graves up close along with majestic corals that surround it. Continue to Gui-ob Old Church Ruins, where you can walk through history lane as you visit Camiguin’s past. Explore the remains of the towering church after the 1871 Mount Vulcan eruption.  After a historic tour, get in touch with nature as you take a refreshing dip in Tuasan Falls’ crystal-clear waters. Similar to other falls in the country, the water gets deeper once you reach the middle. Don’t change your swimwear just yet as you can continue swimming at Ardent Hot Spring. Located within the mountainside of Hibok-Hibok Volcano, Ardent Hot Spring is a relaxing find in Camiguin due to its mixture of cold and warm waters that are divided into four pools: the highest pool has a temperature of  40°C, second pool is the biggest and has a temperature of 35°C (ideal for swimming), and the other pools are colder, which offer a balance after dipping in the warm waters.  If you want to submerge in colder waters, you’ll enjoy the Sto. Niño Cold Spring. Since Camiguin is covered with four stratovolcanoes, the city comes with various natural springs that resulted from the pressure underground. The main pool measures 25m x 40m with a depth of 4ft to 8ft. A smaller pool for kids flows after the main pool with a water temperature of 20°C.  Lastly, end your tour at the White Island, which is also known as Medan Island (or Medano Islet). After a 10-minute ride from the northeast coast of Camiguin, you will be welcomed by powdery white sands and tranquil seas of the White Island. In this island paradise, you can also see the majestic twin peaks of Mt. Hibok-Hibok and Mt. Vulcan.  Experience the best of Camiguin Island in a day with this tour from Cagayan de Oro.
