Description
Summary
Description
Explore the province of Albay at night when you book this tour that will take you to some of its top attractions. This night tour comes with pick-up and drop-off from and to your accommodations in Legazpi City, the service of a guide, entrance fees, travel insurance, and a souvenir item. Please note that meals are not included on this tour.
You will be picked up from your accommodations at either 6 PM or 7 PM, depending on your preferred schedule. Once you have settled in the vehicle, you will start your tour and head to your first stop, the Giant Statue of our Lady of Salvation in Legazpi City. At 15 meters high, it is believed to be the tallest religious statue in the Bicol region.
Next, you will head to Sumlang Lake. If the sky is clear, there is a possibility of seeing Mayon Volcano from the lake. Afterward, you will head to Cagsawa Ruins, which is the remains of a church that was destroyed during the 1814 eruption of Mayon Volcano. Another spot where you may see a view of the famous volcano is Daraga Church, your next stop. The church and the community of Daraga were actually established by people from Cagsawa who left the area to avoid being affected by the future eruptions of Mount Mayon.
You will then make your way to FarmPlate, an eco-tourism site where you can see what is believed to be the smallest chapel in the Philippines. You can also enjoy dinner here (at your own expense) while taking in a view of Mayon Volcano.
Your last two stops are Highland Park, a bustling food park where you can see overlooking views of Legazpi City and its surrounding areas, and Legazpi City Boulevard, a seaside road where you can sample Bicol street food (at your own expense). If you have time, you will also drop by the Christmas Village in Tres Hijos Hotel and Resort.
