Description

Relax on the idyllic shores of Malapascua Island and discover the rich marine life in its surrounding waters through this Malapascua island-hopping tour. This trip is a must-try for divers and beach lovers as you will visit pristine islets and popular diving sites. The tour will last about 10 to 12 hours and already comes with safety gear, snorkeling equipment, the service of a guide, and free hotel pick-up and drop-off within Lapu-Lapu City, Mactan Island, or Cebu City.

Your guide will fetch you from your accommodation between 5 to 6 AM. Afterward, you will travel to the shores of Daanbantayan on the northernmost tip of Cebu. From there, you will board a boat and sail to Malapascua Island. Your first stop on the island-hopping tour is at the Japanese Ship Wreck nearby. Put on your snorkeling gear and wade into the sea to get a better look at this wreck that dates back to World War II.

Over the years, corals have grown on the wreck and have become home to various species of fish and other marine animals. Some of the fish you can see here are small barracudas. Next, you will go to the Coral Garden. As its name implies, this area features extensive coral reefs that are also home to different fish. Following your snorkeling adventure, you'll make your way to The Ruins

This tourist spot is situated along a pristine shore on the island, making it a great place to lounge on the sand and swim in the shallow waters. Then, you'll go to North Beach, considered a top spot on the island. This white-sand beach is still mostly undeveloped and provides a more serene atmosphere than other beaches on the island. Finally, you will end your tour with a stop at Dakit-Dakit Island, a small islet off Malapascua's southwestern shore. Similar to the Coral Garden, this area is a prime diving spot where you can see schools of fish swimming by reefs.

Discover the thriving marine ecosystems underneath the waters surrounding Malapascua Island in Cebu by booking this island-hopping tour. Check the availability by choosing a date.
