Explore the sights of Albay in Bicol region and witness Bicolano artistry at its finest with this day tour. Visit the famous cone-shaped Mayon Volcano in Legazpi City. Discover where locally made handicrafts are created and make a wish inside centuries-old churches.

Once you're picked up from the meeting location, you will head to your first stop, the Bicol Hero’s Trylon. The 16-meter high Trylon commemorates Filipino revolutionaries bravery against American soldiers during the war in 1900. Next on the itinerary is the Provincial Capitol of Albay as well as Daraga Church, a national treasure known for its intricate Baroque architecture and volcanic stone facade.

You'll then visit the famous Cagsawa Ruins, which features what remains of the church when it was buried in lava during the 1814 Mayon Volcano eruption. Your next stop is souvenir shopping at Satellite Market perfect for finding indigenous Bicolano items. At the Embarcadero, you can explore various establishments at the premier waterfront property.

You’ll then visit a few more places with hillside views of Mayon Volcano. There’s Kapuntuakan Hill, also known as the Sleeping Lion Hill. Next is the 156-meter high Lignon Hill, which offers other exciting activities such as zip line riding, and ATV riding.  Another panoramic view of the volcano can be seen from the Mayon Vista Lodge, on top of its 2,500 ft. slope. Then you’re off to Tiwi, home to the Philippine Geothermal as well as the Philippine Ceramics, where you’ll see locally made pottery products called coron.

After that, you’ll be going to the San Juan Bautista church, known for its impressive belfry and Masonic markings. Bring home some Tabak, or steel cutlery made by highly skilled artisans in the town of Tabaco. More handcrafted goods await you at a handmade paper factory, made of strong indigenous materials like abaca.

Your last stop is in Sto. Domingo, home of the Sarungbanggi festival which pays tribute to a timeless love song and its composer, Potenciano V. Gregorio. You’ll also visit the Sto. Domingo church which was built in 1820.
