Your guide will pick you up from your hotel or resort in Tagbilaran City at 5:30 PM. Should you wish to change the departure time, you may request a new schedule, but note that this is subject to approval. After you are picked up, you will head to Bohol Bee Farm in Dauis.
Bohol Bee Farm is a tourist destination in itself, and you will be able to enjoy a gourmet organic dinner here. Once you are done eating, you’ll head to either Loboc River in Loay or Abatan River in Cortes. Both rivers are known for the many fireflies that call the trees on the riverbanks their home.
After arriving at the river, you’ll board a boat that will take you on a slow cruise. During your cruise, your guide will tell you more about the fireflies of Bohol. Listen closely to them as they will point out the trees and mangroves that are filled with fireflies. Your boat will go closer to the riverbank to give you a closer look. Take in the majestic sight before resuming your cruise and looking for other firefly-lit trees. If you are visiting during the migration season, you might also get a glimpse of birds sleeping on the branches of the mangrove and nipa trees.
You’ll have several stops to see more fireflies before heading back to the starting point, where your transfer will be waiting to bring you back to your accommodations in Tagbilaran City,

Children Friendly: Yes. Children 0-3 are free of charge but are not included in the complimentary dinner. Parents may share their meal or pack food for their children.
Pet Friendly: Yes. However, our operator will not be liable in case anything happens to your pets. Please practice the leave no trace policy and pick up after them. Make sure that their vaccinations are updated and bring their vaccination card.
Senior Citizen/PWD Friendly: Yes. There are no extreme physical activities.
Pick-up time is at 5:30 PM Philippine Standard Time for any hotels within Tagbilaran City. To change the pick-up time and location please request in advance so our operator may check if the pick-up time needs to be changed to accommodate changes. Additional fees may apply.
The operator may cancel the tour in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions. In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund. Note that being late by 15-30 minutes without any advice is considered a no-show. Schedule cancellation requests must be made 48 hours before your original schedule subject to approval.
