Do I need a COVID-19 test before and during traveling?

It depends on the destination since guidelines and protocols by each Local Government Unit are different. For those that require a COVID-19 test, we have packages that include an add-on RT-PCR Test conducted at an accredited lab to make travel planning easier.

Do I need to wear a mask and face shield during the trip?

Yes, masks and face shields are part of the minimum health standards.

If I get a positive COVID-19 test result before/during the trip, can I rebook or cancel the booking to get a refund?

Yes, this is considered a force majeure and you can rebook or get a full refund for the travel package but the fee for the COVID-19 test/s that have been conducted are non-refundable. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for our cancellation and refund policy.
