Which Philippine destinations are open for tourism?
Philippine destinations such as Boracay, Bohol, Coron, El Nido, Siargao, Tagaytay, Ilocos are gradually opening for leisure travelers that meet the requirements. Do I need a COVID-19 test before and during traveling?
It depends on the destination since guidelines and protocols by each Local Government Unit are different. For those that require a COVID-19 test, we have packages that include an add-on RT-PCR Test conducted at an accredited lab to make travel planning easier.
Do I need to wear a mask and face shield during the trip?
Yes, masks and face shields are part of the minimum health standards.
If I get a positive COVID-19 test result before/during the trip, can I rebook or cancel the booking to get a refund?
Yes, this is considered a force majeure and you can rebook or get a full refund for the travel package but the fee for the COVID-19 test/s that have been conducted are non-refundable. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for our cancellation and refund policy.
Do I need to bring my own disinfectant/alcohol/sanitizer?
Yes, bring your own disinfectant/alcohol/sanitizer for your personal use. Tourism facilities like hotels and resorts, restaurants, and transportation that are allowed to operate are required to strictly implement the protocols for disinfection, temperature checks, and social distancing.
What if there’s a suspected or confirmed COVID-19 case among the travelers or staff during our trip?
Proper clinical assessment shall be the basis for quarantine, isolation, testing, discharge, travel, anchored on two main factors, namely, symptoms and exposure; An accredited/medical team will conduct further medical assessment on the suspected traveler.
