Also note that this tour is not inclusive of access to Dakak Park & Beach Resort nor free transportation from your hotel in Zamboanga del Norte. You need to make your way to the resort on your own. Once you arrive at Dakak port, you’ll make your way to Aliguay Island. It is a small island located an hour away, which is why aside from a Dakak day tour, a trip to Aliguay Island to see its untouched beauty is highly recommended.
Around 8 AM, you’ll arrive on the island. Because it is unspoiled, the crowds are lesser here compared to other islands in Zamboanga. While here, you can enjoy a lot of activities. First, you can take a photo at the “I love Aliguay” landmark for a great memento. You can then go on a leisurely walk along the beautiful coastline, take a dip in its crystal blue waters, or lounge on the beach. There’s also a swing that is popular for picture-taking.
Aside from swimming at the beach, you can also swim at the pool on the island. If you’re into water activities, snorkeling and diving are also some of the popular things to do in Aliguay. You can also trek or rent a bike for a fee if you want to tour the island. Beach volleyball is also a fun activity to do before lunchtime.
By lunchtime, you may order at the Tacubo restaurant, or if you plan to bring your own food and drinks, you can enjoy it on the island (but not inside the restaurant). After your tour, you’ll be taken back to the Dakak port.

Tour Information: This private tour is available daily from 07:00AM to 03:00PM. Minimum of 20 pax per trip.
Meet-up Information: Guide to the Philippines will send tour reminders at least (1) day before the tour date through your registered email address or mobile number. Please keep all communicaton lines open. Make sure to have the electronic copy of your confirmed tour voucher ready.
On the day of the tour, please proceed to Dakak Port at least thirty (30) minutes prior to start of the tour. Strictly no latecomers or tour reservation might be forfeited. To arrange for a private hotel pick-up and drop-off, please email booking@guidetothephilippines.ph. Additional transportation fees apply.
Tour Proper: Please be reminded also to dress appropriately. All guests are expected to do their share in ensuring their safety and security as well as that of their personal belongings. Guide to the Philippines and Tour Operators are not liable for the loss or damage to any personal belongings left unattended during the tour.

Cancellation Policy: The operator may cancel the activity in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions. In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund. Schedule cancellation requests must be made 48 hours before your original subject to approval. No shows are not entitled to reschedule and refund.
