Central Luzon — Hop on board a 4x4 jeep and prepare to see stunning landscapes on your way to the jump-off point to Mt. Pinatubo. This whole day tour is perfect for nature and adventure lovers who want an easy hike with spectacular views.

Your trip begins when you are picked up at your accommodation in Angeles or Clark. You will be taken to Sta. Juliana in Capas, Tarlac, where you will be met by your guide and local tourism staff. After a short briefing about the trip, you will board a 4x4 vehicle that will take you through some of the most stunning landscapes in the country.

This guided trek to see the well-known turquoise waters of the lake is made all the more memorable due to the breathtaking landscape you will see on the way. The eruption of Mt. Pinatubo in 1991 -- one of the biggest in the world -- produced giant mudflows that created towering hills and desolated whole towns and cities. Through the years, these gigantic lahar canyons were shaped by wind and rain to produce a rugged landscape that's quite unique to the area.

After a bumpy ride, you will reach the jump-off point where you will start your trek. You will pass through streams and rocky trails until you reach the viewing platform where you can get a good view of Mt. Pinatubo’s iconic crater lake.

Mt. Pinatubo's blue green waters, surrounded by craggy peaks, change color depending on the season. You will be given time to take photos and soak in the beauty of the crater. After having lunch, you will start your trek back to the jump-off point where the 4x4 is parked.
