Fully vaccinated* individuals are exempted from presenting a negative COVID-19 test result. This includes minors aged 12 to 17. They should present a vaccination certificate generated from vaxcert.doh.gov.ph or a vaccination card with a QR code. They may also present a vaccination certificate issued by the LGU of where they got vaccinated. 2. For unvaccinated and partially vaccinated travelers, including minors aged 12 to 17, a negative RT-PCR or saliva test result taken 3 days prior to travel is required. 3.
